Odeon of Herodes Atticus

Pentelic Marble
Odeon of Herodes Atticus

The ancient stone theater nestled into the slopes of the Acropolis, built in 161 AD by Herodes Atticus in memory of his wife. Still hosting performances under the Athenian stars, this 5,000-seat odeon has been restored multiple times with our Pentelic marble. A new restoration is currently underway.
